Staying in shape is not hard if you take a walk as part of your exercise routine. Take a walk and a hand full of bags, the ones they stick your groceries in. Don't worry you will find more as you walk. Take time to scan for cans it is not hard the bright aluminum bottoms show you where they are. So when you bend over and pick them up you are using different muscles then when you are just walking. Talk about getting the waistline back this is perfect. The bonus is when you get home and smash them, more exercise and a loud noise producer, do this during the day. Take the cans and recycle, that is some change to pay some bills or have something special bought. When you take the cans in you are helping mother earth. |
